We do not accept returns for full refunds, credits, or exchanges. We do, however, offer partial refunds. The amount that shall be non-refundable immediately upon receipt of the deposit, will be 35% of the purchase price. Buyer must pay for proper return, including all packing, insurance, shipping costs. All shipping fees to you and international duties/taxes are non-refundable. Please make sure that you carefully review all information in the sales contract prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, email, and telephone number. In order for Slayde to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing by letter or email within 10 days of receiving your order.

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the UPS or FedEx tracking number. If a piece is oversized, it goes by private trucking company and a bill of lading is sent. Be aware that Slayde will be with you every step of the way and also keep track of your shipment to make sure it arrives safe and in one piece.

Depending on size and weight of your piece, we ship all orders via UPS or FedEx Ground, or with a private trucking company with signature required. You may also pay for expedited shipping, if quicker delivery is preferred.

You can pay by check, money order, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. We currently do not accept debit or credit card payments. Please keep in mind that fulfillment of any order paid for by check or money order will not begin until the check or money order has been cleared through the bank.

Slayde accepts orders from the United States and select international countries listed here: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

Slayde will sell at prices agreed upon with any retail outlet such as a gallery.

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

Buyers may purchase art for personal use and/or for resale. The art now belongs to you and you can do with it as you wish. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

All items must be inspected and customer service at Slayde notified within 10 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review.

Shipping time is scheduled after the 21-day processing window, with a 10-day window for delivery.

Within the USA, shipping is always free, including Hawaii. Internationally, we charge you, the customer, the cost from the carrier, with no upcharges other than a small packing fee.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Please allow up to 21 business days for order verification and processing, and at least an additional 10 business days for delivery.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground with signature required. Depending on the size of the piece, we may ship by private trucker. International orders (to select countries) are shipped UPS, FedEx, or private carrier. Shipping fees within the fifty United States are included in your purchase price. International rates are calculated as flat-rate per country and may include additional fees calculated on a per-item basis and determined by order weight. Fees may include an additional handling charge.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if and when available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carriers. Please contact us with any questions regarding carrier claims.

International customers may incur additional charges at the time of checkout. International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to country and included in the order total at the time of checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay for all import Duty and Taxes prior to shipping. We will transfer the fees we collect to UPS to process your international shipment.

A sales tax of 6.25% is charged to orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts only.

All content of our website including text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, and software is property of SLAYDEPOPART LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The buyer may electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this web site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with SLAYDE POP ART. Any other use of our website, including reproduction and internet links, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

We use secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt the user’s data, including credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the internet.

We respect our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share it with any outside affiliates or individuals. User information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Sockets Layer Software. The information we collect for orders includes name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card, internet protocol (IP) address, and geographical region. By providing this information to us, the buyer represents that they own and consent to our use of such personal data. We use this information to verify and process orders, to collect payment and bill for our services, and to contact and respond to buyers’ requests regarding sales and support. At any time, the buyer has the right to withdraw or decline consent. If the buyer does not provide the requested information, we will not be able to provide services to them.
